Purchased through PomLabubu who on there website and TikTok promoted that they were a reliable partner of PopMart that sold authentic Labubus. Also on there website that is ‘down’ they guaranteed refunds without question if the customer was not satisfied. Tracking of my order showed delivered but nothing arrived. Reached out to them immediately on there chat customer service and received no response. Then I replied to the email listed on my confirmation email and emails failed to be received and have not been helped.
