This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I placed an online order on June 2, 2025 for a tin of potato chips on the Charles Chips website (https://charleschips.com/). It is now July 17 and I still have not received the tin of potato chips. In the meantime, I have emailed Charles Chips customer service several times and have received worthless responses claiming the product would be shipping soon. I have tried to call their customer service number, and nobody ever answers the phone. Clearly, this is a scam, as delivering a can of potato chips should not be that difficult. Charles Chips used to be a legitimate company, but not anymore. At this point, I just want a refund.
