I contacted Maven Air Care through their direct phone number after seeing an ad on facebook. I made an appointment for a duct cleaning and a guy showed up in a white van with no marking and a machine. The guy told me that he only need to go through one main vent and it will clean all my ducts which is not true. The guy then offered to use a chemical blower for my ductwork in case of any mold for an additional $200. The guy took about an hour total and scammed me of $450 for a fake duct cleaning. I called the company and asked for a supervisor for months with no response. I left a review on their website and i was told to email customer support. I never received an email back. I called today and asked for a supervisor and was told i would have to wait and i told the guy I've been waiting for a call for months from a supervisor so we are going to have to figure something here. The guy responded with “ok you can figure it out then” and then hung up. The guy on the phone said his name was Ryan. I messaged the company on facebook and they read my message and did not respond. This company is a scam. Do jot do business with this company. I hope this helps.
