These people have contacted my phone and another family member's phone in regards to my brother. They said I was a refernce on his account and that he has a court appearance set for "this week". They then said they are about to visit his place of employment and serve him. Then would not verify any information. They then gave me a phone number...(866) 673-2560. And a case #. When you call this number it goes to voice mail but if you do get someone on the phone you can barely understand them and then they want you to "verify" information without verifying their information first. Would judt keep telling us that we will go to court if we dont pay. We just hung up on them.... We have no outstanding balances that would go to a court of law. These people are very rude also!!
