This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
After watching a lengthy video that was posted on facebook, I purchased 6 bottles of a weight loss supplement that offered a money back guarantee even if you had used the product. I used 4 of the 6 bottles with zero results and no benefit. I tried calling the phone number on the bottle and was given a different number to call for ‘that product’. There was no answer when I called the number given to me. I searched my email for the original order confirmation where I found an email address for support. When I emailed support to request my refund, I got the following response: “ As stated in our return policy, all bottles must be returned, either empty or full, which makes this request not eligible for a return/refund. Unfortunately, we will not be able to continue with support to this matter.” I am willing and able to return all bottles including the empties, however, I was not given an address or any other information regarding the return process. This is a total scam and their money back guarantee is bogus.
