Description
I purchased a Labubu from this website because their website initially made it look like it was a PopMart affiliate. When my item came, the feet were twisted, the face was dirty, the ears were crooked and missing fur, and there was a hole on the top with stuffing coming out. When the QR Code was scanned to check for authenticity, the website said it was not. I’be emailed 3 different email addresses found in their emails and on their website for the past few weeks, but have not received a reply. When I go to my confirmation email and click on their website, it is now a website that sells stamps and is nothing like that it looked like a few weeks ago.
