This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I received a phone call from Arunab Paul, an Associate Recruiter at ICONMA at 08:24AM PST offering a job, [Airworthiness & Regulatory Engineer 3, Everett, WA]. The job is legitimate, and I could tell he must have got my resume from either Jsfirms, Clearance Jobs, USAJobs, or Government Jobs websites as that is the only place I had stuff posted. He sent me an email and wanted an updated resume copies of an certs, licenses, etc... I chose to investigate ICONMA.com and found a multitude of scam reviews when I searched google using "ICONMA.com scam". I did not respond to the email. After reading many reports it would seem they are attempting to solicit personal information in a phishing scam.
