On Tuesday, July 15, 2025 I received a voice message from a number 504-318-7830 stating that I should call World processing please call the number back on your caller ID to be connected with a live representative. I called the number back an African-American young man by the name Robert Reynolds stated that I had an outstanding medical bill from West suburban hospital in Chicago from 2013, he would not give me the balance, I asked him to send a document in writing if this is legit. He refused to send a letter in the mail he stated that I’ve was going to be sued that they were getting ready to start litigation against me. He mentioned that your email is everything under the [email protected], he then went on to insult me and the email name. He said that i needed to pay the balance e it never gave me an amount. He wouldn’t allow me to ask questions or speak, he was mean and rude and insulting! I asked home is the call being recorded, he said yes. I asked him why he didn’t disclose that the cal was being recorded at the beginning of the call? I asked him why he didn’t recite the FDCPA disclosure in regard to collecting a debt, he stated that this debt call didn’t require any disclosure statement! He kept saying that my wages would be garnished and that I was going to be sued!
