My family and I received voicemails that stated: 9:38 AM Hello! Messages intended for Ansley Niles. This is a legal notification from the County process server's office regarding a court Summons followed under case number 405-2808. You'll need to contact the issuing attorney Monica Miller at 844-571-2853. This call is to inform you that we attempt to serve you documents requesting that you appear in court. The documents were returned from the address we have on file, In order to prevent receiving a failure to appear in court as well as future legal complications, we strongly suggest that you contact the issuing attorney Monica Miller or additional details regarding your court summons and the filing date. *After contacting my local courthouse nothing was found under my name.
