An older black claiming to be James Long knocked on my door offering tree service. We agreed that he would trim 2 trees and cut down 2 smaller trees that were leaning on one of the trees in the back of my house that we would trim. The cut wood wound be cut into small pieces and stacked on the side of my house. Both trees were trimmed, but the two leaning trees were not cut. The branches were left where they fell in the street and in front of my house with only 1 log cut in two. The contract used by James did not have the company name on it. When I called the lumberjack tree service company they told me they do not have a James long working for them and that their contracts have their company name on it. The team that did the tree work (well) were ****** **** ***** **** ******* *** ****** ****. I did not want to pay for incomplete work, but my wife was afraid for her life and gave them the full price for partial work.
