I saw Zealthy’s advertising all over social media. I looked up their website and everything seemed legit. So, I gave them a chance. I was told that I needed to pay their monthly support subscription along with paying for the medicine after it was prescribed by their doctors. So, I paid the subscription and paid for a 3 month supply of medicine, which was supposed to be a 60mg vile. It took several weeks to ship out, when I received my package, I only received a 10mg vile, instead of the 60mg vile that I paid for. When I contacted the company about it, they claimed that they didn’t want to send me all of the medicine at once, so it wouldn’t expire. They said all I needed do to was request my refill a week before my last dose. I follow their instructions and long story short, they are still giving me the runaround almost 4 months after my order. They still haven’t sent me what I originally paid for and they claim that there’s an issue with the pharmacy and they are “escalating” the issue. It has been MONTHS, with no resolve. They refuse to issue a refund, their communication is minimal and they refuse to send me what I paid for, not to mention the medicine refill that was requested as well. So, I paid for a 60mg vile, I only received a 10mg vile. They refuse to make the issue right and they continued to try and take what totaled almost $2,300 out of my account in the past 4 months, despite not having fixed the problem. Every time I confront them about this issue, they try to charge my account again. It is hopeless! I’ve accepted that they have thieved me (and many others, I’ve found) and I hope their downfall is tremendous.
