Parusing on TikTok an ad came up several times over a week promoting discounted GRAFEA bags on "clearance". After a few curious looks and trying to look up the website legitimacy I gave in and purchased 3 items to try. I found nothing online good or bad about the connected websites and storefronts though found it odd they didn't match immediately. After purchase, there was no confirmation email sent so I contacted their "help" email. They gave me a fake confirmation number and fake tracking number using Track718 that mimics slow progress delivery notifications to delay noticing anything wrong for 30 days. After nothing arrived, I contacted them again and they apologized, immediately sending a new tracking number from Track718 claiming to have tried again and when I asked about the shipping carrier they refused to tell me and claimed they would not discuss delivery details. Heavily suspicious at this point it was no surprise when nothing arrived again and when a refund was requested they simply repeated the last time I tried to contact them. Looking up the tracking website there are multiple reports of fraud using Track718 and looking up the website zynystyl no longer existed. The ads were long gone. The email, when googled, led to another fraud website of an expensive high quality brand ( HeyDude ) on "clearance". Both GRAFEA and HeyDude have been contacted by me regarding the scammer.
