I purchased a ticket with this company yesterday 7/13/25 but the payment was not final until i talk to an agent after confirming with the airline. I spoke with the agent today to confirm before making the payment, but after going over the details I changed my mind and told the agent to cancel the purchase since the payment was not made yet. I was told that the ticket cannot be cancelled. I feel like this is a scam because when we went over the flight details and ticket restrictions I was told that am not allowed to travel with a carry-on bag and a luggage which seemed so odd like how you would travel without a luggage and or a carry one. I was also told that the flight date I choose were not fixed, the airline can change it at any time. when i selected the flight I made sure that to select the not flexible option because i have to go back to work. what i read and understood from the website is totally different from what i was told on the phone today with the agent. I really need some help before they charge my account. This company needs to be stopped, they are big scammers.
