I was scammed by Mohamed Sefraoui through his company MEDSEFRAOUI LLC, which operates under the brand Lilya Blogging. On September 13, 2024, I paid $1,000 USD via bank transfer after being promised access to a private blogging automation program that would supposedly help me achieve financial success, similar to a site he claimed to own – Peetkin.com. After the payment, I only received an email with access to a so-called "community" platform that offered low-quality and mostly free public content. The tools advertised were completely fake and non-functional. Sefraoui's claims were misleading and deceptive. He repeatedly guaranteed a lifetime refund policy if I was not satisfied, but when I requested a refund due to the fraudulent nature of the program, he refused. Upon further investigation, I discovered that many other victims from multiple countries were similarly defrauded, suggesting a clear pattern of international online fraud. Conclusion: I am filing this report to formally document the fraud and request a full investigation. I urge financial institutions and legal authorities to take action against MEDSEFRAOUI LLC and its operator Mohamed Sefraoui. This is a clear case of scam activity, involving false promises, fake digital services, and refusal to honor refund guarantees.
