I was contacted by someone named Philip Michael, claiming to be a breeder from fluffyroyals.com about a Maltipoo puppy. He said he was located in Los Angeles, CA and offered either pickup or delivery. He sent a contract and asked for payment via Zelle, Chime, Apple Pay, or wire transfer — all non-refundable. He never offered any live video or real-time proof of the puppy. The conversation felt overly scripted and emotionally persuasive. After doing some research, I found both the phone number (+1 323-393-8865) and the website are linked to multiple puppy scam reports online. This is a fake breeder using stolen images and false promises to scam people out of money for a puppy that doesn’t exist. Avoid this seller.
