This "breeder" agreed for me to pay $700.00 for the dog plus a $300.00 shipping fee. The day of expected arrival, the third party vendor used to send the dog all of a sudden requested fees for shipping for things like insurance and temperature controlled crates totaling amounts of $3500. The guy goes by the names of James Walker but the names of where the money goes is different for example, he requested me to send money to Javon Walker who was "his son" and then sending money to random numbers for the Premium Express Courier company.
