The website looks professional, and the hat is actually a Goorin Bro Hat, by the symbol on the band. I should have gone straight through Goorin. I purchase the hat as a birthday gift to myself on June 10th, and the website provides an arrival date of 9 - 13 days after purchase, so the hat should have arrived on June 19th through 23rd. I received a confirmation number and a tracking number, but as I kept checking the tracking, though I received a message that a shipping label was created in Nashville, TN, the hat was never delivered to USPS for shipping. I've since emailed '[email protected]' and was told it was on its' way, but no... I have filed a complaint with PayPal and they are investigating it. I received a temporary refund, but if I PayPal may take the money back if they do not favor my complaint. I may have to chalk this up as a loss. I should have googled the company first. The price looked right for something immediately affordable, and I got suckered.
