My daughter ordered shoes for her baby from Tiny Explorings in mid-April 2025. The tracking stated in early May that it was delivered to a parcel locker in Colorado Springs, where we live. But the tracking has not been updated. I have emailed many times and have been told to just wait and they will not give us a refund because the items are “in transit”. But they will not tell us where the shoes are. As of July 12, 2025, we still have not received the shoes, nor the refund. We continue to hear that they are “working on the problem.“
