Claims to ship and send product out within a few days. A few days after I paid, I received an email that they had issues with their stock/inventory and computer system and they in fact did not have the items that I paid for. (False advertisement and fraudulent for claiming to have products that they are not in possession of.) They told me that they are rushing to restock and that item should be restocked within a week or 2 and that my purchase should be sent out no later than 2 weeks from today. That day came and went, and I again contacted seller and was told that item will be shipped soon... I waited another few days, again another excuse after another and still no product. Finally a day or so from that day, I get notification that item has shipped. Waited a few days and saw that item was still sitting in the same location and that only a shipping label was created and nothing shipped out. a month goes by and nothing. Contacted and again given excuse after excuse and told, item already shipped. Got an estimated delivery after carrier finally received item. Item was to be delivered 2 weeks later. That day came and went again. Now, I get another excuse from shipper, carrier gives another estimated delivery date 2 weeks later. I contact seller and ask for a refund and cancellation because I had no intention of waiting 2 months for this product, I was told they will not process any returns or refunds because carrier has package and it is still scheduled to be delivered. They told me to contact them again after I have the package in my possession. This company claims to have a 100% money back guarantee for their products for first order if you are unsatisfied for any reason if you contact them within 100 days and before you order any more products or get another shipment from your "subscription" sent out. I cancelled my subscription before I even received my first order, well within the 100 days and still, they refuse to process my refund. They clearly are claiming things that are false. Fraud. Their social media shows the entire time they didn't have products, "customers" raving about getting their shipments.
