Description
1 - Prices changed after invoice was approved. 2 - Failed to honor Lowest Price Guarantee and Price Match noted in Sales Policy. 3 - Excessive price hikes between "website maintenance" when prices are supposedly updated. I will check again in a couple days if website price has changed. 4 - After less than mediocre customer service, operator and manager attempted to rush the remainder of the call after understanding I had legitimate complaints about their "policies." 5 - The company has no true complaint process. The manager states he updated the notes on the order...an order that was eventually cancelled. I placed an order with GMPartsGiant.com. I received an email stating "We are happy to inform you that your Sales Order: ########## has been approved and order verification is now complete." I later received an email claiming "It looks like 1 or more of the part(s) on your order has a price increase" and to click "Pay now" or call for additional information. Three items were 17% higher, and one item was 40% higher. When I called they were insistent that the money must be paid and would not match the website price, nor other website prices (Price Match). These 4 items changed from original total of $310, to a final total of $381.
