On April 23, 2025 I called the phone number from the website and requested repairs to a Bosch Dishwasher. I believe this was an answering service. Within moments I received a callback from #437-688-9319. I described the problem (an E20 code) and male caller said he would attended on Friday April 25. He did arrive that day He brought in a small cardboard box and tools, unhooked the dishwasher as if doing repairs. I did not stand over him and watch. after a short period of time, he said the heater pump had been replaced but asked us not to use the dishwasher until the next day as there was a sealant used in the repair that needed to dry. On April 26, 2025 I went to start the dishwasher and got the same E20 code and the dishwasher did not work. I texted the serviceman at 437-688-9319 and he replied that he would return on Wednesday April 30. He did arrive that day and said that the new part must be faulty and that he would order a new one for us and call us when it arrived. After no contact from the company or serviceman, I texted him again of May 15 asking for an updated. He responded and said the part was not in stock and that's why it takes a little longer. He said the part would be in next week and he would call to make an appointment with me. I heard nothing so texted him again on June 4, 2025 but got no response, texted him again on June 7, 2025 and got no response and texted him again on June 11, 2025. The serviceman replied to this text saying he was back on Monday and would call back to arrange the part replacement and repair. As of July 2, 2025 I still had not heard anything. On Friday July 4 I called the phone number from the webpage (289-203-9441) and again got an answering type service and was transferred to another number which rang multiple times and then the line dropped. I called again and the same thing happened. Moments later, I received a call from 437-370-1841 and a male, who identified himself as Benjamin, apologized for missing the call. I complained about the service and was told he was going to check on this situation to see what was wrong and contact head office. As of Wednesday July 9, 2025 I have not heard from anyone. On July 9, 2025 I drove to 45 Goderich St, Hamilton and attempted to locate Unit #126. There is no such unit at this complex and no signage for the business. I also checked Google maps for the Burlington Office of Appliance Repair Expert which is 1149 Heritage Rd., Burlington. The address was a large warehouse type building but all the entrances were blocked with cement blocks. I checked the address f or the Oakville Office, which is 90 Lakeshore Road W, Oakville and this shows as a small rug shop. I checked the Mississauga Office address at 4020 Sladeview Cres, Unit #9, Mississauga and there is no such unit number. Finally, the main office address at 47 Davenport Rd., Toronto does not appear to exist. Other addresses from the website were also checked an found to be none existent or unrelated locations. A Canada 411 reverse search shows the main number for Appliance Repair Expert (289-203-9441) is subscribed to by Iristel Inc in Stoney Creek, ON. This is a local exchange carrier. This company appears to operate and appear under multiple names and phone numbers and has different websites and addresses - Appliance Repair Burlington, Trusted Pros and the addresses supplied on these websites show the same non existence of unrelated location issues. I have filed a chargeback request with my credit card financial institution.
