i was on my bank website wondering why i was short a few months, and found this "My family telehealth ". i googled it and only thing comes up is a freaking house on zillow.. no phone number or company email address . following are to screenshots https://prnt.sc/rLs2IaPvsqjZ and https://prnt.sc/rLs2IaPvsqjZ, so i called my bank, all they could do is cancel card so they cant directly get. i dont give out my bank info by phone , so how they got it i dont know.. i use gift cards or paypal if buy online..
