I placed an order for an American Eagle Wreath 06/01/2025. When I received that item; it was nothing like the item presented online. The item I received was a piece of carboard where someone painted an Eagle which was a piece of junk. The tip end of a wing was broken. It looked as though a child colored from a traced outline of the Eagle. I tried to locate information to request a return address paid label to return it, asking for a full refund. I finally found the number (833 503 1254). I conversed with someone who told me they did not accept refund via a return address label. This man try to feed me a bunch of malarkey the hoops I had to jump through to send this piece of junk back. He plain flat refused to assist me with a return and refund. I called Capital One and explained the problem at hand regarding the damaged item. Thy did tell me they would credit my account temporaily for the full amount but they would have to investigate the refund. They also advised me, once the investigation was complete they would inform me of the results letting me if the refund stays or if I had to pay. After their findings with that company Capital One did as they promised and notified me 07/08/2025 and explained they were going to re-charge my CC $46.48. I googled complaints about Sherum and the numer of complaints against this company were overwhelming. A number of their customers experienced the same abuse and lies as I did. This company is a rip off, a sham, a scam, not ligimitate and delivers false products. The only thing I want from this company is $46.98.
