I ordered a pair of shoes from Orthture through website. It came in a plastic bag with not packaging slip. The shoes were too big and not of good quality. I attempted to contact the company the same day of receipt. The label indicated the product was through EVA. After many attempts, I learned this is a cargo company to bring products to and from the US and would take no responsibility for the products. I called my credit card for clues and it gave me enough information to obtain the e-mail address for the company. After several exchanges, the company won't provide me with a phone number or address to return the shoes nor acknowledge consumers have a right to return product they are not satisfied with. They continue to tell me that until they provide me with the return address, to not send them back. They won't provide me with that address. They told me to give the shoes away as a gift to someone who could benefit from the shoe. Alerting other consumers of this experience. Thank you.
