I ordered peptides online from this company on June 14th, 2025. The company sent an order confirmation number to my email. On June 18th I received email confirmation that the product had shipped and a shipping number through newpackets.com. On July 5th I received an item in the mail from usps with a usps tracking number that correlated with the new packets tracking information. The package was empty and from an unknown sender. Obvious scam. The company does not have a working phone number. The company initially responding with an email of vague reassurance they wanted to resolve the issue. Untrue. They have quit responding to my email.
