We agreed to water testing after a pamphlet received in the mail. Chance Brooks showed up at our house the evening of March 20, 2025. After testing our water, we were pressured into the finance application, as a small window for the actual installation existed. We were told no payments for 3 months and a 3 month supply of cleaning products. The following evening a gentleman showed up late, again in the evening hours, to install the home water filtration system. While talking with my husband, the emergency break in his truck failed, and his trailer crashed into my husbands work truck. After contacting his boss to file a report with his company, we learned his guy did not have insurance! Chance had told us that after the installation he would come back by to test the system and get our order for cleaning supplies. We have not heard from anybody since then. We have left numerous messages and requests for a call back to no avail. The system requires salt to be added to it, but we have have no instructions to work with and their website is of no help. Now we have a system we don't know how to maintain because nobody will return our calls and requests thru their limited web site.
