I’m extremely disappointed in my experience with Hannah Moore. We had made a contact agreement for a puppy and had a signed contract evening prior to pick up, and I planned my schedule, purchased a dog bed, his food, online vitamins she recommended, toys, and more and made hotel reservations to travel to Sacramento for pickup. Everything was set. On the morning today of our agreed-upon pickup, Hannah first told me the puppy’s shots hadn’t been completed, despite that being part of our agreement. Then, she suddenly informed me that someone else had just sent her a higher deposit and she would be giving the puppy to them instead saying, “I have to go where more money is.” This behavior was not only unprofessional, it was dishonest and unethical. I was left with non-refundable travel expenses, frustration, and heartbreak after preparing to bring this puppy into my home. If you value reliability, honesty, and professionalism from a breeder, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.
