I tried to buy a cockatiel from the seller. When I asked about the pricing I was told 220. 120 for the bird and 100 for the SHIPPING. They told me they used delta cargo and after I had already paid the 220 they then said delta would contact me about insurance fees ( that were never discussed before initial payment) the seller told me they would be affordable. I get what seems to be a fake delta airline email saying I owe $399 more dollars. I contacted the seller again and said that I would not be paying that since it wasn’t discussed beforehand. The seller has now gotten very aggressive with me and is refusing to give me my money back even though I am saying they can keep the bird. They also sent multiple pictures and texts that ended up not lining up. I have still not received a refund.
