I bought a labubu babie off their website. The store is called “My Store- powered by shopify”. I did not receive any emails that I purchased anything, but it did show in my shopify account. After a couple weeks and not receiving any correspondence, I sent them an email and asked for a refund or I was going to refute the purchase with my credit card. Days later I got a notification that my order was transferred for delivery and I received the item days later. The merchandise came in torn and crushed boxes and with the kind of labubu on the outside. They sent me 2 of the same ones despite it being a “mystery box”. I sent them a message with pictures of the items and boxes and asked how to send them back for a refund. I have received no response. The labubu babies on the inside of the boxes are counterfeit despite it claiming authenticity on their website
