Its been adverrised a lot on Instagram and Facebook as NeatHose retractable gose reel. I paid and did not rwfieve the product. They sent me a super cheap plasric hose nozzle as a "free gift" and thats what was tied to the tracking number. After an intial email asking about the hose reel, i received an automated email reoly stating that nozzle was a free gift and the product i ordered would arrive within 5 days. They stopped replying to emails and their ads no longer flood my social media feed.
