Description
Ordered 2 glucose monitor devices (5/16/25) on a debit card. The company increased order to 4, added a $24.39 duty and handling fee, added $3.99 shipping "protection", total charges $146.35 After many E-mails I was refunded $24.39. Item tracking showed delivery to LAX from Wuhan, China. After 4 weeks, vendor claimed items were lost at LAX, said they would reorder. Was promised an additional $32.00 refund to achieve actual original purchase price of $89.96 (never got the $32.00 refund). After lots of back and forth with - [email protected] - as of 7/2/25 the address no longer exists. Website is a joke "We are temporarily closed to reduce risks to our staff and postal workers. Stay safe, and hopefully we'll see you soon!"
