Description
This company touted that it sold outdoor furniture at a low cost. We reviewed the website and reviews as well as ads on social media and it appeared legit. Once we ordered the product (a six piece outdoor couch) we received shipping and tracking information. The website said the product was shipping from Georgia but tracking was from overseas. After a long delay the shipping notification advised that the package was delivered with a picture of my mailbox. As you can imagine, a 6 piece outdoor couch will not fit in a mailbox. Once the package was opened it contained 1 single black ring that was made in the shape of a dog hugging your finger. I sent multiple emails to the company advising that the incorrect product was shipped and inquiring about when I would receive the item I'd paid for and ordered. There was no response. The website shut down recently with no response ever received.
