Scam information

Description

The website describes handcrafted jewelry that is supposed to be made of quality materials. However, the pieces that arrived were painted chains, with plastic center pieces, and rhinestones. The original cost of the necklace was $199.99 each, marked down to $39.99. The pictures online do not depict the actual product or the quality that was expected. When the seller was contacted, they wrote back saying that I would have to pay between 80 and 120 Euros to ship back the two necklaces, which was $94 to $141. I was given the option to take a 30% refund and keep the necklaces or a 60% voucher and keep the necklaces. The package I received was shipped from 1055 Sesame St., Franklin Park, IL. However, I was ship the items back to Jinhua, Zhejiang, China. This excessive shipping cost was a scare tactic, and the vouchers and 30% refund were a way to avoid giving back my money. There is no direct phone number to contact the company. I am waiting hear back from them.
