Description
The products pictured on their website are very different than what arrives. The website states they they will accept returns but you have to email them to initiate a return. When I did, they replied saying that the item will be held up in customs but offered a 20% refund. I insisted on a 100% refund since I did not get the product that I ordered. We have gone back and forth but they will not make this right. I am owed $44.95 and hours of my life that they've wasted.
