I made a purchase of 2 jpg to pdf files that I needed to send a document by email. I paid $0.10 per file, to equal $0.20, which is seen on my statement 6/27/25. So that should've been it and concluded on business, until on 7/4/25, when a charge of $49.90 was made on my credit card by them, and then $49.90 again 30 minutes later. They attempted to charge by card 4 more times, being declined because my account had no more available credit. I went on the website, which contains no address, no phone number, and no real business name. The only form of contact is an email address [email protected], which I contacted multiple times, continuously receiving generic responses saying the same thing. I was unable to speak to a person individually in order to explain & resolve the issue hopefully. I attempted to look the company up via reverse address lookup based on my card. There are multiple company names in that suite # with the same owner, so it is very sketchy, still cannot speak to anyone, no numbers, no contacts. So, they get your credit card for a $0.10 document and then just continue to charge your card as long as they can, 30 minutes apart, until they cannot any longer. Don't do it, it's more hassle than it's worth at all, becoming very time consuming and inconvenient for the customer getting scammed. Stay away from them, there are plenty of companies that do this service for free, have business information on their website for assistance, and will not steal from you.
