I ordered a dress online -the dress came but the size and material were wrong. I attempted to refund the dress. The company e mailed me and offered me to keep the dress and buy another item at a discount. I declined as the dress does not fit and I want my money back. I have not heard from them since and I have sent a few e mails to follow up since this time. I have also made a comment on the facebook page -they are not responding to me. When I looked into this further I found the website does not offer customers a phone number or address -only an e mail. I also noticed the home page says the company is located in Toronto ON, however when my item was shipped it was sent from China. I am now concerned I will be out this money.
