I purchased a couch advertised on TikTok. The TikTok video takes you to the website mossajio.com. I views the product and reviews on the website and decided to purchase the couch on May 31, 2025. I received a purchase receipt and email confirmation. I checked their website because I had never received shipping information. The help section on the website indicated the couch should arrive between June 20-30. The confirmation email stated: “ Should you experience any of the following issues with your order: Your order never arrived. Your item was not as described. There’s any billing error. You’ve not authorized the payment. Please visit our website and open a dispute at: ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************” But when I click the link to file a dispute, I just get a page error notification. I was never provided with a contact phone number.
