As an Airport Operations Team Member at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, you will play a crucial role in this. We currently have full-time and part-time shifts available, both inside and outside. We're offering a $4000 signing bonus, payable after 30 days of successful employment. The starting pay is $37.94 per hour, including the training period. Upon completing 90 days of employment, you will be eligible for insurance and paid vacation. We have first (8 AM - 4 PM), second (4 PM - 12 AM), and third (12 AM - 8 AM) shifts available. As a condition of employment, all Delta Air Lines employees must undergo a limited background check. The $131 cost for this will be reimbursed after 30 days of successful employment. This fee covers all necessary uniforms, testing materials, and other state and federal requirements related to your position. If your background check prevents your employment, the fee will be refunded within 3 business days. Please note that this background check is a mandatory legal requirement, regardless of any prior checks or clearances.
