Description

I received an unsolicited package sent to me through "USPS Ground Advantage" from LETSGETCHECKED and am going to take it to the Post Office unopened, as instructed by a Postal Employee. From searching the Internet, I found that others were receiving medical testing supplies from the same sender. As it was not opened by me, I assume it is some sort of medical test that needs to be done and then returned to the sender for testing at their "lab". I DID NOT REQUEST THIS ITEM. Please advise if I need to do anything further. Thank you.
