I received an email initially from [email protected] requesting a team interview for a position I applied for on Torre.ai. Original job posted on LinkedIn for a Customer Service position remote. I went through the interview process and was offered a position. I was sent an offer letter and direct deposit slip via email from [email protected]. Offered $28.65/hr a sign bonus of $150.00 and that equipment was being sent to arrive in 2-3 days. Something didn’t feel right so I googled the first email address. It came up as a scam previously reported to BBB. The second email address did not come up. So glad that I didn’t share bank account info or SSN with this person.
