I ordered three dresses from a company called Charles and Nancy, New York that presented as a NY boutique owned by a couple. The dresses took forever to ship, but there were constant updates via email. When it finally shipped, the sender was in China. The dresses were very poor quality. When I requested return info, I was told that I would have to pay my own shipping along with various reasons why I might not be refunded. This is the name and address I was given: Wei Xinhong Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, diagonally opposite the South Gate of Lubao Technology, Yinzhou District Ningbo 315100 Zhejiang, China
