I purchased two pair of button up jeans, advertised as Judy Blue Jeans from what seemed like a reputable business on TikTok on 6/8/25. I received a confirmation email from [email protected]. When received on 6/20/25 I noticed the package was shipped from Guangdong China. Both pair of jeans were definitely not Judy Blue Jeans quality and did not have Judy Blue labels or tags. One pair was wearable but the other pair had obvious spacing difference between buttons and also the white pocket lining protrudes on both front pockets when folded in the shipping package and when worn. These jeans are totally unwearable. I initially contacted the company at [email protected] on 6/25/25 explaining the problems and requested an authorization for return, return shipping label and a refund for the one pair of jeans and one-half of shipping costs that are not wearable. They responded the next day offering a coupon for a 30% discount on my purchase as compensation that can be used on any purchase in their store. I replied that I would not accept the 30% coupon and I was requesting to return the jeans and a full refund. They replied promptly stating "The quality of this product may not meet your expected standards, but this does not affect its normal use", I could keep the jeans and give it as a gift to friends or family and this time offered me a 20% coupon and a partial refund of $6.00. I replied the next day noting the jeans were unwearable and sent pictures of the jeans showing the defects, a screenshot where they are selling and advertising these jeans as Judy Blue Jeans, and a picture of the one white tag sewn in the jeans with no Judy Blue label. I also told them they I was confident that these are not authentic Judy Blue Jeans, again requesting a return label and a full refund. They are now offering me a $12.00 refund and stating I can keep the jeans. I do not believe they have any intent on authorizing a return or giving me a refund. Low quality material, low quality workmanship, terrible customer service and they are advertising and selling counterfeit clothing. NOTE: My receipt from my payment app show the store name as RichTiger Fashion which is also on TikTok selling the same items. SCAM SCAM SCAM
