I got a small white postcard that is from the "Home Records Division"in the boxes on the postcard it has Type of Location: they have put Dwelling. Next box, Component Element Carrier: they have put Mechanical Systems. Next box: Coverage Area: they put Inside / Outside. Next box Expiration Date: they put 7/182025 Next box Notice Date: they put 6/26/2025. Next box Home Inspection: they put Waived. Last box Usage Limit: they put Continual. Below this it then has Registration ID: ***LS***** PIN: **** (I used * where they put numbers) Warranty Replacement Notice CALL 1-888-413-5452 for uninterrupted protection. Hours of operation Monday-Friday 6:00am - 7:00pm CST, Saturday 10:00am - 4:00pm CST THERES A BAR CODE HERE Then it states REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR CONTINUED PROTECTION Dear (insert your name here), This is your warranty replacement notice advising you to contact our offices.So you do not have a lapse in coverage for all available covered components. With active services, all repairs and replacements will be covered that reflect your updated paperwork. Call 1-888-413-5452 now before It's too late and your expiration date expires leaving your home at risk of expensive repairs and/or product replacement. ********************The other side of this postcard is identical to this side, except the spot where a stamp would go********** this might be helpful for the Post Office to investigate further its a small box black lettering says: First-Class Mail Presorted U.S. Postage Paid St. Louis, MO Permit No. 1999 I really helps you find this helpful, i literally typed this all out, They have nothing more to indicate who they are other than what i gave you here, no name email address or number other than the one they have on the card to call and im not doing that. I can keep this card if you want.
