A software told me I have to deposit 52,750 US to process this lucky event. I chatted to their customer service on line , I do not have 52,750 US to process this lucky event , and they said my account will be frozen until I deposit 52,750 US to process a lucky event , after that my account balance will be released. I emailed customer service department 2 times to explain my financial situation that I can not join a lucky event and ask them to unfreeze account balance , they did not answer me. Right now they attempt to freeze my account balance because I do not have that much money to join a lucky event , their software set up to force me to join this 52,750 US lucky event , I never order this lucky event myself. If customers or members can not attend a company's setup program, their account balance will be closed forever , they will lose all money they deposit , this is against consumer's rights. This retail on line company is a SCAM the way they set up to run their business , they do not have their phone toll free number , their customer service 's email address is fake , their web site is untrusted , AI considers this company is a SCAM.
