Description

I purchased 2 pair of eyeglasses for $69.99 from the site. Upon paying for the 2 pair in the "cart", it proceeded to place adds for more "bundles" to "add to cart". The adds were very confusing in the method of rejecting the offer and in the process, I somehow added a "bundle of 3 pair" to the order at an additional $79.99. Then, expecting it to go to the "cart", so that I could delete the 3 pair order, it did not. It immediately charged my credit card for both the $69.99 and $79.99. I immediately called the phone number for support, and the phone number stated that only the email address could be used for refunds (and it hung up). Within 5 mins of the order, I emailed the support email and requested that the $79.99 part of the order be cancelled. They wrote me back and stated that it was too late. I would have to return the order for a refund. This is right after the order and before the glasses were shipped. Once I got the order in the mail within a few days, on the day of delivery, wrote back the support email for the details for a refund. After a couple of days, and multiple emails on my part, they told me that I would have to send them pictures of the package. I did that and after a couple of days and a couple of emails, they told me that I would have to return the product to China, at an obscure address that UPS quoted me $211 to send. Of course it makes no sense to pay $211 to get back my $150. So, this is the scam they are running. They send the product in a few days from a US location, the, when tell you that you have to send it back to China at >$200. These glasses are not what were advertised. So, I am actually stuck with 5 pair of useless eyeglasses and will lose $150. I am sure this is a scam and a standard way of INF Brands to rip people off.
