Description

Statement Regarding Deceptive Practices by Bagzamilleon (Dominic Nicholson) On June 13, 2025, I paid $1,000 to Bagzamilleon, whose real name is Dominic Nicholson, for a 90-day mentorship program that was advertised to include step-by-step guidance on business loans, credit cards, and personal credit improvement. The service was also promoted to include 1-on-1 calls and personalized support. The advertisements and promises made by Mr. Nicholson were misleading and deceptive, as none of the agreed-upon services were delivered on the day of payment, nor did they begin in a timely manner. Despite my payment being clearly documented and confirmed via email, I received no services or communication on June 13, 2025. On June 16, 2025, I had to personally reach out to remind him of the service I had paid for. Only then was I told I would begin receiving the mentorship, but at that point, the trust had already begun to erode due to the delay and lack of professionalism. This situation raises serious concerns regarding false advertising, deceptive business practices, and potential fraud, all of which fall under the jurisdiction of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The promise of a structured and hands-on mentorship in exchange for a large sum of money was not honored, and I did not receive the services as advertised or paid for. I am requesting that this case be reviewed for potential violations of FTC regulations regarding consumer protection, specifically under Section 5 of the FTC Act, which prohibits "unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce.
