Google Ads Trust & Safety Better Business Bureau National Programs RE: Consumer Fraud Alert – Mypassporthub.com and Affiliated Deceptive Passport Websites Dear Trust & Safety and Consumer Protection Teams, I am writing as a concerned U.S. citizen with professional familiarity in the passport and travel documentation space. A network of deceptive websites is actively defrauding Americans under the guise of offering passport services, while violating advertising ethics and misleading users into overpaying for free government forms. These websites are not legitimate passport expeditors, are not authorized by the U.S. Department of State, and appear to be owned and operated by the same individuals or entities under different brand names. ?? Websites Involved in the Deceptive Scheme: https://www.mypassporthub.com https://passportexpress.co https://uspassportandvisa.org These sites have been repeatedly flagged by consumer protection agencies, including: BBB National Warning: BBB Warns Travelers of Deceptive Passport and Visa Website News Report: BBB Issues Warning: Website Charging $80+ for Free Government Forms ? Core Issues: These websites misrepresent themselves as official or government-affiliated, using patriotic symbols, misleading headlines, or .org domains. They charge $80 or more for passport forms that are available for free from travel.state.gov. They do not provide any actual passport processing service, nor are they registered or bonded passport couriers. Once exposed, these operators clone their websites under new domains with similar branding, creating a game of whack-a-mole that continues to defraud unsuspecting citizens. This harms not only consumers—who often realize too late they’ve been duped—but also discredits legitimate service providers and the public trust in digital government services. ?? Requested Actions: To Google Ads Trust & Safety Immediately suspend the advertising accounts associated with these domains for misrepresentation and impersonation. To the BBB Expand and elevate consumer warnings across national channels. Investigate the affiliated ownership or operating networks behind these rotating domain names. This is a matter of consumer protection. Elderly citizens, emergency travelers, and average Americans are being taken advantage of through high-ranking search ads and misleading marketing. I urge you to take swift action to hold these bad actors accountable, shut down their advertising loopholes, and protect the integrity of passport services in the United States. Respectfully, A Concerned U.S. Citizen Name withheld for privacy
