This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
We recieved a postcard in the mail on 6-26-2025 that said our expiration date is 7-18-2025 as a "Warranty Replacement Notice" with registration and PIN numbers. It was sent first-class presorted mail. We already have coverage for our appliances and other such " extras" that regular insurance doesn't cover, so I know right away this is a scam. Luckily I didn't call, which ALWAYS comes with more harassment, but would have otherwise. Hope nobody falls for the " continued coverage" line. The postcard looks legitimate.
