I ordered a product from the website pawkitty.com. I was supposed to receive a 65cm diameter claw-proof water mat for cats from the brand Aqua Paw tm; as listed on the site. What I received was a 65cm 'BABYSLAPPED PAD' (listed on small paper included with item) from the brand Yiwu Mart Toys co., ltd. There is no branding or text anywhere that indicates the product to be made by Aqua Paw tm.; nor is there any mention of cats or the mat being claw-proof. The item also has a completely different design than what is still currently being advertised on their site. The product I received is simply not at all what I intended to receive, based on their listing for the item. The barcode sticker clearly says, 'Novelpvc Round Baby Water Play Mat Large Area Baby Water Playing Pad- color: blue size 65cm'. None of this wording is on the product page of the pawkitty website. The item description I purchased says: 'Tougher than claws, stronger than bites, and built to last!- The perfect alternative to shredded furniture, keeping your cat entertained for hours. A playtime essential'. Clearly no mention of babies. I don't even know if this product is safe for my cat to use, since I don't know that it is actually claw-proof, as stated. Their item descriptions, photos and videos are all incredibly misleading and in no way represent the product being shipped out. I wouldn't be surprised if all the photos and videos are taken from other pet websites. I personally don't believe they should be allowed to conduct their business in this way.
