Description
Went to check in for international flight, problem with name on passport, and was given number. Guessing website or text sent for check in was fraudulent. Was told name change for ticket would cost $450. Paid. Name was changed. But, United service desk and United phone support said such small change should not have cost anything. United had no record of outside company making change. United had no receipt for charge. CC payment went to "AIRTKT" in New Jersey. They now have my CC and ID information.
